    The Social Emotional – Self-Regulation group offers a structured approach to enhancing emotional intelligence and regulating emotions effectively. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants learn strategies for recognizing, managing, and expressing their emotions in healthy ways, ultimately fostering personal growth and improved relationships.

    Participants will learn to identify and label their emotions accurately, focusing specifically on recognizing the physical manifestations of emotions such as anger in the body.
