1. Have you had thoughts of harming yourself or to die by suicide?

4. Have you struggled with drug or alcohol use?

5. Have you needed assistance with food, housing or finances?

If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, therapy may be the best choice for you.

3. Would you be open to learning and practicing new skills, such as mindfulness, communication techniques, or stress management exercises?

4. Do you feel like you have the desire to change but lack the tools to do so?

5. Are you comfortable with the idea of both listening to presentations and participating in group exercises?
