All fees must be paid at the beginning of each session.
Sliding Scale
Sliding Scale rates is a unique factor that impacts listed therapy rates. You can request to discuss a sliding scale during any part of the treatment process, as your financial situation changes. To find out if you qualify for sliding scale rates contact us for more information. We will be able to work one-on-one with you to arrange a payment plan based on your needs. Additionally, if you have health insurance, it can be cheaper for you to pay for your services out of pocket with a sliding scale fee than utilizing your health insurance.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan cover telemental health?
- Does my plan differentiate between telemental health and in-office visits?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- Will my plan reimburse me for payments made to out-of-network providers?
Payment Method
Cash, Check, and electronic payment, including CashApp “$360DegreesServices”. Once you have access to the member portal you will have an opportunity to complete your electronic payment method.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $25.00 per missed session. This is not the case for emergency situations.
