Jewelz In the City invites women ages 21-35 to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment under the guiding principles of faith. This 12-week recurring support group provides a safe and nurturing space for participants to navigate relational challenges, cultivate self-esteem, and deepen their spiritual connection. Through open and heartfelt discussions, women will explore the complexities of life and relationships, drawing strength and wisdom from the Word of God. Join us as we build a community of support, encouragement, and growth, empowering each other to thrive in every aspect of life.

(3/26/24) – EMBRACING YOUR TRUE IDENTITY
This session focuses on understanding and embracing one’s true identity as a beloved child of God. Participants will explore the concept of self-worth and learn how to align their identity with the truths found in the Word of God.
(4/2/24) – NAVIGATING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CONFIDENCE
In this session, participants will delve into the dynamics of healthy relationships, learning how to navigate them with confidence and grace. Through open discussions, they will explore strategies for fostering positive relational dynamics grounded in faith.
(4/9/24) – OVERCOMING SELF-DOUBT AND INSECURITIES
This week focuses on addressing and overcoming self-doubt and insecurities that may hinder one’s self-esteem. Participants will learn practical techniques for combating negative self-talk and embracing their worthiness in Christ.
(4/16/24) -CULTIVATING INNER STRENGTH
Participants will explore the concept of inner strength and resilience, discovering how faith can empower them to overcome challenges and adversities. Through shared experiences and supportive interactions, they will learn to tap into their inner strength and trust in God’s guidance.
(4/23/24) – EMBRACING FORGIVENESS AND HEALING
This session delves into the transformative power of forgiveness and healing. Participants will explore biblical teachings on forgiveness and learn how to release past hurts, fostering emotional healing and spiritual growth.
(4/30/24) – SETTING HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
Participants will learn the importance of setting healthy boundaries in relationships and self-care practices. Through guided discussions and practical exercises, they will gain tools for establishing boundaries that honor their worth and protect their well-being.
(5/7/24) – EMBRACING VULNERABILITY AND AUTHENTICITY
This week focuses on the courage to embrace vulnerability and authenticity in relationships and self-expression. Participants will explore how vulnerability can deepen connections and foster genuine intimacy, guided by biblical principles of honesty and transparency.
(5/14/24) – CULTIVATING GRATITUDE AND JOY
Participants will explore the transformative power of gratitude and joy in shaping a positive self-image and outlook on life. Through reflective practices and gratitude exercises, they will cultivate a mindset of abundance and thankfulness rooted in faith.
(5/21/24) – NURTURING SELF-COMPASSION
This session focuses on nurturing self-compassion and self-care practices rooted in the love of God. Participants will learn to extend grace and kindness to themselves, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.
(5/28/24) – EMPOWERING PURPOSE AND VISION
Participants will explore their unique God-given purpose and vision for their lives. Through guided reflection and goal-setting exercises, they will discover how their talents and passions align with God’s calling, empowering them to live with purpose and intentionality.
(6/4/24) – CULTIVATING RESILIENCE IN ADVERSITY
This session focuses on cultivating resilience in the face of adversity and challenges. Participants will draw strength from biblical teachings and personal testimonies, learning to persevere with faith and resilience.
(6/11/24) – CELEBRATING GROWTH AND TRANSFORMATION
In this final session, participants will celebrate their growth and transformation throughout the program. Through reflection and sharing, they will affirm one another’s journey and commit to continuing their pursuit of self-esteem and spiritual growth beyond the group.
