I have had the privilege of serving individuals of diverse demographics (income, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity). I’ve learned to cry, laugh and love life through many personal setbacks and successes utilizing the principals of compassion towards self and others. I’ve been so fortunate to have had the opportunity to help individuals, couples and families discover the impact of compassion and implement it into their lives. I take a whole person approach to counseling, demonstrating compassion and boldness in each session.
