At 360 Degrees, we prioritize transparency and flexibility in payment options to ensure your journey toward emotional wellness is as accessible as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our rates, insurance policies, and payment procedures.
Session Payments
For counseling sessions payments will be charged after the session. For seminars and workshops payment will be processed upon scheduling. All session fees are paid electronically, with a card store on our secure platform. This policy helps streamline the process, allowing you to focus entirely on your therapeutic goals.
Sliding Scale Options
We know financial circumstances can vary, and we offer sliding scale rates to accommodate individual needs. If your financial situation changes, you can request a sliding scale adjustment at any point during your treatment. We’re prepared to work with you one-on-one to create a payment plan that fits your budget. In some cases, paying out of pocket using our sliding scale option may be more affordable than using your health insurance. Contact us for more details and eligibility requirements.
Insurance Coverage
Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefits, your sessions may be fully or partially covered. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and understand your mental health benefits.
Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:
- Does my plan include mental health benefits?
- If there is a deductible, what is the amount, and has it been met?
- Does my plan cover telemental health services?
- Are there differences in coverage between in-office and virtual sessions?
- Is there a limit to the number of sessions I’m allowed per calendar year?
- Do I need written approval or a referral from my primary care physician?
- Will my plan reimburse payments made to out-of-network providers?
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, and electronic payments such as CashApp, credit card, debit card and PayPal. Once you gain access to our member portal, you can conveniently set up and manage your electronic payment options.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we understand that you may need to reschedule. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend your session to avoid a $50 missed session fee. Emergency situations are exempt from this policy.
