RAISED BY A PARENT ADDICTED TO A DRUG OR ALCOHOL
In our first session, we’ll delve into the unique challenges and coping mechanisms associated with having a parent struggling with addiction. You’ll discover tools for healing and moving forward, as well as insights into how to break free from the cycle of addiction and create a healthier, more fulfilling life for yourself.
JEWELZ IN THE CITY (SELF-ESTEEM SOUL CARE SUPPORT GROUP) AGES 21-35
Jewelz In the City invites women ages 21-35 to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment under the guiding principles of faith. This 12-week recurring support group provides a safe and nurturing space for participants to navigate relational challenges, cultivate self-esteem, and deepen their spiritual connection. Through open and heartfelt discussions, women will explore the complexities of life and relationships, drawing strength and wisdom from the Word of God. Join us as we build a community of support, encouragement, and growth, empowering each other to thrive in every aspect of life.
EMBRACING YOUR TRUE IDENTITY
This session focuses on understanding and embracing one’s true identity as a beloved child of God. Participants will explore the concept of self-worth and learn how to align their identity with the truths found in the Word of God.
LILY OF THE VALLEY: SELF-ESTEEM SOUL CARE GROUP
Are you a woman aged 36-50 seeking to deepen your faith, enhance your self-esteem, and navigate relational challenges through the lens of Scripture?
Growing up in an environment where you may have felt unsupported or unloved could have led to a diminished sense of self-worth. You might struggle with feelings of insecurity, doubt, and fear of rejection, which can hinder your ability to fully embrace your faith and trust in God’s love or plan for your life. Despite these challenges, there is a deep desire within you to find healing, purpose, and fulfillment. You long to deepen your faith and strengthen your spiritual foundation as a source of guidance and support in overcoming these obstacles.
Joining a supportive and nurturing community like Lily of the Valley offers you a safe space to explore these issues, share your struggles, and receive encouragement and guidance from others who understand and empathize with your journey. With a focus on self-care and soul nourishment, each session offers a safe space for open and honest conversations guided by the wisdom of the Word of God.

This session focuses on exploring the concept of self-esteem from a Biblical perspective. Participants will engage in discussions and reflections aimed at recognizing their inherent value as individuals created in the image of God. Through scriptural insights and personal reflections, attendees will begin to understand the depth of their worth as daughters of God.
PRECIOUS 2 SOMEONE: SELF-ESTEEM SOUL CARE SUPPORT GROUP
Are you a young woman aged 16-20 seeking guidance, support, and spiritual nourishment as you navigate the complexities of adolescence and young adulthood?
As an adult who has navigated through the complexities of adolescence and young adulthood, I’ve come to understand the profound impact that childhood experiences can have on one’s sense of self-worth and identity. Growing up, you faced numerous challenges that left you feeling inadequate and insecure. Whether it was struggling with familial relationships, coping with peer pressure, or battling with internal doubts

By examining key passages and principles from the Bible, we’ll discover how God sees us and the immense value He places on each of His children. Understanding our identity as beloved and chosen by God forms the foundation for our self-esteem and shapes how we perceive ourselves and others.
LET’S TALK ABOUT IT (SUPPORT GROUP)
Let’s Talk About It is a supportive and empathetic space where individuals can openly discuss various topics related to personal challenges and life experiences. Through meaningful dialogue and active listening, participants can share their thoughts, feelings, and concerns in a non-judgmental environment. Facilitated by trained professionals, this support group aims to foster connection, understanding, and mutual support among its members. While also providing an opportunity for participants to learn from each other.
SUPPORT GROUP FOR WOMEN WHO EXPERIENCED A MISCARRIAGE
This session provides a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and emotions surrounding miscarriage. Participants can find solace, support, and understanding as they navigate the complexities of grief and healing in the aftermath of such profound loss.
SELF-REGULATION FOR CAREGIVERS OF MINORS
The Self-Regulation While Parenting group provides a supportive environment for parents to develop essential skills for regulating their own emotions and behaviors while navigating the challenges of parenting. Through guided discussions and practical exercises, participants learn effective strategies for managing stress, fostering emotional resilience, and promoting positive parent-child interactions.
TEACH YOUR CHILD TO ACCEPT HELP
This session focuses on teaching parents how to encourage their children to accept help from others when needed. Participants will explore the importance of fostering interdependence with other caregivers, peers, and trusted individuals.
SOCIAL EMOTIONAL – SELF-REGULATION (IMPROVING YOUR EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE)
The Social Emotional – Self-Regulation group offers a structured approach to enhancing emotional intelligence and regulating emotions effectively. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants learn strategies for recognizing, managing, and expressing their emotions in healthy ways, ultimately fostering personal growth and improved relationships.
NAMING YOUR EMOTION, IDENTIFYING ANGER IN THE BODY
Participants will learn to identify and label their emotions accurately, focusing specifically on recognizing the physical manifestations of emotions such as anger in the body. By increasing awareness of bodily cues, individuals can better understand and manage their emotional responses.
